1. OBJECTIVE
Through this call for expressions of interest, Port-Gentil City Hall intends to establish a shortlist of qualified consultants who will be invited to bid for the design of a municipal revenue digitization module. The City Hall expects this module to be an integrated system for managing, securing, controlling, and monitoring its revenues, thereby supporting the transformation of its administrative and financial practices. Preference will be given to proven solutions adapted for local government authorities. |
