Tenders Are Invited for Equipment and Furniture of Cfpps, Technical High Schools and the Lot Health School the Gabonese Government Has Received Funding From the African Development Bank Below Called the Bank to Finance the Project to Strengthen the Capacity for Young People and the Improvement of Social Protection (rcejps), and Intends to Use Part of This Loan to Make Payments for the Equipment and Furniture Markets of Cfpps, Technical High Schools and Markets, the Borrower Will Carry Out Payments By Using the Direct Payment Method, as Defined in the Bank Directives Applicable to Disbursements Within the Framework of Investment Projects Funding, with the Exception of Payments for Which the Market Stipulates That Payment Will Be Made By Letter of Credit.
