the Main Mission of the Consultant Responsible for Developing the Esms is to Assist the Coordinator of the Project Execution Unit, in Particular On: (i) the Development of An Eccas Declaration on Environmental and Social Matters Applicable to Regional Energy Infrastructure Projects in the Community Area and, (ii) the Development of a Draft Manual of Procedures for Taking Into Account Environmental and Social Criteria in Eccas Regional Energy Infrastructure Projects and, (iii) Capacity Building of Community Experts in Environmental Safeguards. |
