the Expected Services Include the Audit of External Accounts and Financial Statements and Procurement Processes Using the National System and Procedures of the African Development Bank Which Will Allow the Auditor to Express a Professional and Independent Opinion on the Financial Situation and on Contracts Awarded According to the National System, of the Project From January 1 to December 31, 2026 and to Ensure That the Resources Made Available to the Project Are Used for the Purposes for Which They Were Granted. |
